Inline file previews
File detail modals now show a preview of the file's contents so you can inspect uploads without downloading them. When you click on a row in a file table, images (PNG, JPG, GIF) render directly and expand to full size on click; text files (TXT, XML, CSV, DAT) show their contents with line numbers.
NA Results Page Now Updates Automatically
The NA Results page now updates automatically from the Hub on a schedule. When you upload an observation or a reviewer completes a review, results appear on the NA page automatically. A new "Notes" column shows annotations like satellite confirmations and CBET links. Currently, only 2026 syncs automatically; previous years will be added in the future as additional historical data is imported.
Multiple Observer Sites Images
The Observer Sites Image slot now supports multiple files, just like Profile Images. If observers are geographically dispersed, you can upload a separate image for each site directly in the slot rather than putting extras in attachments. Add, replace, or remove individual images from the event files section.
Lone Negatives: Cleaner Event List
Events with only negative observations now have a separate "Lone Negative" status, keeping the main events list focused on actionable events. Coordinators can move events into the "Lone Negative" status. You can view lone negatives anytime using the status filter on the Events page. If a positive or unsure observation is later submitted for a lone negative event, it automatically returns to the main event queue for processing.
